As a self-employed personal trainer and powerlifter, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. I believe in science based personalized training programs tailored to your needs and abilities. I chose to be self-employed in my experience with gyms I was told that it was a "Fitness sales job". I am not a fan of that way of thinking as I went into this industry because I have a passion for making others and myself better. I pride myself on my honesty and see training as a collaborative effort between coach and client to achieve all your goals, as you are the expert on yourself.

Qualifications/Experience:
Certified personal trainer with ACE fitness a NCAA acrediated program and one of the leaders in the fitness space.
5 years of training experience, as well as being a self-coached powerlifter. I believe my programs are the best and such follow my own programing instead of getting a coach.
Experience coaching mainly of those that are looking to increase muscle mass, but general fitness experience as well.
A science-based trainer that keeps up with the lastest evidence.
